As the summer holiday season approaches, our mascot was lucky to have a pre-holiday boost,as Ted travels to Madrid.
Accompanied by our Operations Director Paul Atkins, Ted took in the Spanish culture with a spot of sight-seeing in the city. With Madrid well-known for it’s fascinating art, Ted followed art movement “Las Meninas” around the city.
Las Meninas are fibreglass sculptures of a lady, around 180 cm high, which are found all around the city. With 80 in total, each one has a different design, pattern and colours which make each unique. Ted took the chance for a selfie with this Meninas, which will be auctioned off shortly.
Definately one for the album.
