Following our ISO Processes
Following our ISO 9001 processes, our project managers will re-affirm your requirements with us and add any remaining details to your design to ensure it’s exactly as required. If a site survey is required, they will attend site to confirm room sizes, access routes and site rules and regulations. This will include the expectations for health and safety, induction and clearance levels.
End-to-End Project Coordination You Can Trust
You can rely on our projects team for the following:
- Point of contact throughout, coordinating any subcontractors and internal teams as required in line with the project program.
- Host factory acceptance testing, in person and remotely. The project management team are experienced in hosting our international clients for prolonged detailed FATs as well as our domestic customers.
- Project scheduling and programming. Supporting with milestone forecasting and managing project gantt charts as required.
- Oversee site teams. Ensuring all health and safety documents and procedures have been covered. Coordinating inductions, personnel clearance, site management and the necessary RAMS.
- Follows up with commissioning and O&M manuals.
