Thinking Space Systems Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This notice explains how, why and what we do with the personal data you provide us with.
This is a revision to the existing Thinking Space Systems Privacy Policy and is effective from the 15th May 2018. It applies to all divisions of Thinking Space Systems Ltd:

Marketing permissions
Thinking Space Systems Ltd will not send you targeted email marketing information unless you have opted in to receive such communications.
Our email communications are for the sole purpose of providing you with information on the latest product launches, company news, case studies or events we are attending that, based on your business interests, you would benefit from receiving.
You can opt-in when you use our contact forms, on our websites using our newsletter subscriber form, or when you meet us at exhibitions and events. Your opt-in will be confirmed after a further email acceptance, before your personal data is recorded and stored for the marketing communications you have specified. This will be reviewed every six months to ensure your permissions have not changed, and you can update your preferences or opt out of receiving these communications at any time by using the links in our emails.
We also encourage any feedback from website visitors or customers, so that we can improve our products and services to you. We will not publish this feedback with personal data unless you have given your permission for us to do so.
How we store your information
All data is backed up every day and is held on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. All websites use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and so provides encryption when you provide your personal data to us via websites.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
We use Customer Relationship Management database technology to manage our business relationships. When you provide your personal data, you are consenting to these details being added to our database, for the purpose of relationship building only and not for marketing purposes. We may share data with trusted partners to help us deliver your product/service. These may be located in other countries, including our overseas offices or agents, to provide our products and services, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Thinking Space Systems Ltd, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
How long will your personal data be retained by us?
We will retain your data as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, and in order to comply with our contractual obligations with you as many of our products have warranty periods.
Children
Our websites and products are not designed or intended to appeal to minors. However, we do involve ourselves in the local community, providing knowledge, tours and work experience placements to students. Any data collection of minors will be for the sole purpose of health and safety or experience learning, with organised programmes through the education establishment. The education establishment will obtain the permission from the parent or guardian before any data is published or held by us.
