Neil’s Gone Quackers!

Ever the boy scout and always prepared, Neil remembered his rubber duck whilst visiting new clients ECMWF at their headquarters.  The weather forecasting company has a collection of rubber ducks in a “duckpond” outside their building, which Neil has now contributed to.
