Avid cyclist Neil recently spent a weekend achieving one of his ambitions…to cycle the South Downs Way. With two friends, they set off to complete the 100 mile trip from Winchester in Hampshire to Eastbourne in Sussex. The bridleway used to complete the course passes through the South Downs, soon to become a National Park, providing some spectacular scenery and surely taking their minds off any saddle-sore issues!
