Top 100 MBE® Award for Kevin Johnson
Thinking Space Systems are delighted to announce that Thinking Space USA representative, Kevin Johnson, has received a top 100 MBE Award for 2018.
The Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council (CRMSDC) announced that Kevin K. Johnson, President, K. Johnson & Company, LLC was named a 2018 Top 100 MBE® winner. This prestigious award recognises owners of minority business enterprises in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. These enterprises have demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial accomplishments, a high level of professionalism, and have made substantial contributions to their community.
Established in 2007, the Top 100 MBE Awards® ceremony welcomes nearly 1,000 attendees. It celebrates the creativity and innovation of regional Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) who are role models and inspire the entire community. The Top 100 MBE Awards® were presented at the CRMSDC’s 37th Annual Leaders and Legends Awards Ceremony, on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at the MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Maryland.
Kevin, accompanied by wife Ashyia, enjoyed a prestigious awards evening. With live music, photo shoots and local cuisine, it was also the chance to meet with regional corporate member representatives, such as Exelon Energy, Hilton Worldwide, Southwest Airlines, Lockheed Martin, AARP and Northrup Grumman.

Johnson & Company LLC also provides local representation for Thinking Space Systems. Providing customized solutions for niche operating environments in the USA is quickly gaining traction in various markets. Operational space design, construction and supply of customised furniture solutions are all completed in-house, maximising efficiency and minimising costs. As Kevin explained, “with solutions for security, plant and process, transport, air traffic control, emergency services and broadcast/media environments, our Thinking Space offering is yet another example of our commitment to the success of our clients, as well as the growth of our company”.
