Supporting Alfie's Wish in the Romsey Relay Marathon
Thinking Space and the team recently geared up and trained hard for the Romsey Relay Marathon on Sunday, May 19th, 2024! This community event, organised by the Rotary Club of Romsey Test and held on the Broadlands Estate, aimed to raise funds and awareness for local charities and causes. Thinking Space was pleased to be supporting Alfie's Wish.
Alfie's Wish
Alfie's Wish is a charity originating from Alfie Butler, who was sadly diagnosed with cancer in 2015. This amazing charity creates precious memories for children battling cancer and their families. They support children aged 0-16 years old in England and Wales, providing tickets for a day out or experience within the UK for the child and their immediate family.
How Thinking Space Has Helped
Thinking Space is proud to have successfully completed the Romsey Relay Marathon on Sunday in support of Alfie's Wish. Alfie Butler's story touched our hearts deeply, and we ran the marathon to honour his memory and support the charity. We couldn't be more pleased to announce that we’ve raised an impressive £545 so far... and the donations are still coming in! Thank you to everyone who supported us and cheered us on.
