South Caernarfon Creameries Case Study

We were delighted to be chosen by South Caernarfon Creameries (SCC) to design their new control room. SCC, a proud Welsh-owned dairy producer since the 1930s, is making significant investments in their facilities. Collaborating with their SCADA systems provider, we crafted designs tailored to the unique layout and operational needs of their control room. The final space features five operator positions: three for primary control and two for supervision, incorporating sleek aesthetics and SCC's branding.

Welcoming Visits

In June, we welcomed Senthuran Thavarajah from Novus Dahle to our offices. We enjoyed exploring the latest ergonomic solutions Novus offers, aimed at boosting workplace comfort and efficiency.

Charity Events for Alfie’s Wish

We’ve continued our commitment to Alfie’s Wish, taking part in multiple charity events:

  • Romsey Relay Marathon: Our team raised an impressive £625. Huge thanks to everyone who cheered us on and contributed!
  • Great Bake Off Challenge: In September, we held our 5th Bake Off with a sports theme. Staff enjoyed delicious treats each round, all for a great cause. Congratulations to our Commercial Director, Paul Roberts, for winning with his fantastic golf-themed cake!
  • Oakley’s Skydive: In July, Oakley Bailey Barnes braved a 15,000ft skydive, raising an outstanding £719.
  • Walk the Test Way: On September 29th, 18 team members tackled the 11-mile Walk the Test Way for Alfie’s Wish, with our MD, Wayne Palmer, taking on the 25.5-mile stretch. We raised £722, and donations are still coming in!

Farewell to Paul Atkins

After 20 years with Thinking Space, Paul Atkins retired in June. Joining us in 2004, his leadership and expertise were vital to our success. Thank you, Paul, for your dedication—you'll be missed!
