Employee of the Month November 2020

Our Employee of the Month November 2020 has been recognised for stepping up when a colleague was on leave.

Mike Day has been given the EOTM accolade as he managed the Kanya UK output by taking on new responsibilities and roles. Great job Mike!

Mike won the award a year ago with colleague Roger, who he covered for, and earlier in the year as a team award. This is the first time that Mike has achieved the award in his own right, so well done Mike!

Mike is also a member of our Culture Team, and represents the production team when it comes to improving the working environment, whether it be for wellbeing initiatives, or raising money to support worthy causes. So thank you Mike for your contribution to the wellbeing of your teammates!

Mike gets to enjoy the parking space, and will hopefully soon be able to use his meal voucher (fingers crossed).

About 2 and a half years.

I enjoy the variety of projects that I get to work on every day.

Stockholm or Barcelona

Boomtown, easily!
